The fabric is thicker than I expected, but still really comfy. It feels more durable than I thought it would, which is always a nice surprise, right?

I just dealt with their customer service recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind. I had to send a follow-up email and then wait a few days before getting a real response. To be fair, they did help me in the end, but the slow replies definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was surprised to finally find my size here. The whole process was easy and hassle-free, which made it even better.

I’d been putting off replacing a few work shirts and pants for a while, so I finally ended up ordering from keyapparel.com after looking around a bit. The site was easy enough to use, and I wasn’t trying to get anything fancy, just the usual stuff I wear for work.

The package took a little longer to get moving than I was hoping, and I found myself checking the tracking more than I probably needed to. Once it showed up, though, I went through the box and everything matched what I had picked out online, including the sizes, colors, and how many of each item I ordered.
So overall, it was a solid order and I don’t really have any complaints about the actual items or accuracy. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the shipping updates could’ve been quicker, but the order itself was right and that matters most to me

I order some work pants and a hoodie, and they was better than I expected for the price. The quality is decent, and shipping was okay, not super fast but not bad either. I’d probably buy again if they’re on sale.

I ordered my usual size it fit exactly the way I hoped it would. Nothing felt off or awkward with the sizing, so I’d say it’s a safe pick if you stick with your normal size

I’ve washed it twice now, and somehow it still fits exactly like it did before. So, shockingly, no shrinking to complain about here.

The seams are tight and clean, and I haven’t seen loose threads even after a few washes. I’ve been wearing them around the shop, and so far they’re holding up well. They’re not fancy or anything, but at this point I’d rather have something made properly than another overpriced pair that falls apart. I’d buy them again

I bought these work pants the zipper, snaps, and rivets all feel really sturdy. I’ve been wearing them every week and haven’t had any issues so far. For the price, they’ve held up well, and I’d definitely be happy if the company offered some kind of discount or compensation for sharing feedback like this

I’ve been wearing these around the jobsite and they’re decent for everyday basic work, the pockets come in handy for keeping small stuff on me without constantly digging around, but I do have to say the stitching feels a little weak in spots and I’m not totally sure how well they’ll hold up if you’re really putting them through heavy use every day.

I really like the style of the clothes on keyapparel.com. It’s mostly simple workwear, but it doesn’t feel boring, and the colors actually look nice in person.

The only thing is that a few pieces feel a little old school for my taste. Still, overall they’re good clothes and really easy to wear

BUYER BEWARE Do not pay extra for the 2 day shipping. You will not get it in 2 days. They make lots of promises when you talk to them about it, but never follow through. It has been 5 days now and I still do not have them. Now it shows return to sender when I track it. I have now read other reviews on Key Apparel and found that I am not the only one who has been scammed by them.

I wore these through a full workday and they were comfortable overall. My feet didn’t feel tired by the end, which I really appreciated. That said, I’m not totally blown away by them—there’s something about the fit that could be a little better. Still, for long days at work, they do the job well
